Dear BOAmembers and fellow IslesFans going to/interested in the Utah trip this upcoming January,
Utah HC staff has notified us that the 96seater luxury box we had originally planned to reserve has a limited view, similar to the Barclay's Center in Brooklyn. With this information in mind, we have adjusted our plans to the unobstructed Skyboxes.
Each Skybox holds up to 26 people, and they have up to 5 of these adjoining Skyboxes (the walls between the connecting Skyboxes can be removed) available at $4,500 per box. If we fill each box, it breaks down to $173.08 per person. That's about $50 more than we had originally planned and took deposits for...
It's important to note that the Skyboxes actually do come with food and beverage included. So that extra $50 per person not only gets us an unobstructed view of the game (all together), but also saves you time and money on buying food/bev in the concourse at the game!
The other luxury box and group options were all listed as "obstructed view" as well, and general seating looks to be starting at around $80 (before fees) on 3rd party websites.
At the moment we have 40 deposits in, and alot more interest from fellow BOAmembers and IslesFans. Filling in at least 2-3 Skyboxes is a strong possibility, maybe more! The issue is, if we don't fully fill our boxes, either the price per ticket would go up, or we would need to find other seats for the attendees that miss out on the Skybox cutoff...
Our request will be to fill as many of the 5 available Skyboxes as possible, and we will also be inquiring about availability for floater seats within the general seating areas to accommodate for a lower price per ticket option.
We do not need an immediate answer from anybody who sent in the down-payment sofar. For now just hold tight for more info coming very soon! However, if you made a deposit and you're sure that neither option (SkyboxSeats/or cheaper general area seating) will work for you, then please let me know and i will send you a refund for your deposit.
For those of us who will be going on the trip, there will be no better way to experience this once in a lifetime first ever Isles game in Utah! Luxury Skyboxes, food/bev included, and getting LOUD TOGETHER cheering on our favorite team! It's set to be our most memorable trip yet, you will not want to miss out on this one!
We are still taking deposits towards Skybox seats, if you (and/or Isles friends/family) are looking to attend, please send in $50 deposit to BOAtailgates as soon as possible.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out! Always glad to help!!!
Sincerely James Fess and BOAleadership🔷️🔶️
